					<description>Lisa .. that maple pork recipe sounded like a cracker! .. when we head back to Canada in December, i'm gonna bring you back a vat of the real stuff so you can go nuts .. and ofcourse we want to be there.. ho ho.. nice work.. try adding maple syrup as a salad dressing ingredient in place of sugar .. it took a queenslander to come up with that one (my wife) and my Mother was most impressed! .. it gives that smoky flavour which is simply irresistable! Ciao Bella</description>
