9.30am: I’ve preserved!
My first ever preserves are ready. I am so proud. I have three jars of quince and apple chutney, made by my own two hands.

Looks lovely… I can always go for a bit of chutney, maybe with a nice cheese and baguette.
I’m still being a bit of a heathen and scoffing the remainder of my takeaway pizza from earlier.
